Alvarado Venegas picked up his first Academic All-District recognition. The sophomore finished 16

Ukpong earned his first Academic All-District honor. The sophomore finished the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ranked 8

Arenz picked up her first Academic All-District recognition. The sophomore finished the indoor track and field season ranked 46
th regionally and 279
th nationally in the 800-meter run.
Meister earned her second-straight Academic All-District honor. The junior finished the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ranked 46
th regionally and 307
th nationally in the indoor 5,000-meter run and 26
th regionally and 176th nationally in the outdoor 10,000-meter run.
Nerothin picked up her first Academic All-District recognition. The sophomore finished the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ranked 32

rd nationally in the indoor 400-meter dash and 24
th regionally and 117
th nationally in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles. Nerothin was also a member of the indoor 4x400-meter relay that was ranked ninth regionally and 95
th nationally and the outdoor 4x400-meter relay that was ranked 9

Princl earned her first Academic All-District honor. The sophomore finished the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ranked 41

th nationally in the indoor 60-meter dash, 6

th nationally in the outdoor 100-meter hurdles, she was also a member of the outdoor 4x100-meter relay that was ranked 13

th nationally. Princl was recognized as the women's indoor track WIAC Kwik Trip Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 12-18, earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors for the indoor and outdoor seasons as well as claiming the WIAC 100-meter hurdles title in May.
Rudrud picked up her first Academic All-District recognition. The junior finished the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ranked 29
th regionally and 79
th nationally in the indoor shot put and 25
th regionally and 69
th nationally in the outdoor shot put.
Taylor earned her second-straight Academic All-District honor. The junior finished the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons ranked 18
th regionally and 89
th nationally in the indoor long jump and 38
th regionally and 241
st nationally in the outdoor javelin throw.
Student athletes selected must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50, be a sophomore and will be eligible based off TFRRS regional performance rankings at the time of nomination. Note: Only individual ranked performances are to be used for eligibility. If a student-athlete has participated in a RELAY EVENT, that can bolster the nomination but the basic criteria to be met is for INDIVIDUAL performances. Relays cannot be the basis for eligibility.
