2025 Outdoor: Logged a personal-best time of 30:00.16 in the 10,000-meter run, to set the school record, at the WashU Distance Carnival (Mar. 27-28)…Finished 18^th in the 5000-meter run with a personal-best time of 14:20.93 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 11-12)…Won the 5000-meter run with a time of 14:54.29 at the Uncaged Eagle Open (May 9)…Placed 10^th in the 10,000-meter run at the NCAA Division III Championships with a time of 30:04.93 (May 22-24).

2025 Indoor: Placed first in the 3000-meter run with a personal-best time of 8:26.08 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8)…Finished 14^th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 14:36.17 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 14-15)…Took fifth-place in the 5000-meter run at the WIAC Indoor Championships with a time of 14:41.65 (Feb. 28-Mar. 1).

2024 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 5000-meter run with a personal-best time of 14:42.35 at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite (May 10-11)…Raced to a third-place finish in the 5000-meter run with a time of 14:51.99 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Placed 17th in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 30:39.54 at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 19-20)…Took an 11th-place finish in the 1500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:04.70 at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Took 23rd in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:17.96 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Placed third in the 3000-meter run with a personal-best time of 8:46.33 at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3)…Finished 13th in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:29.02 at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20).
