OSHKOSH, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point track and field teams won five events at UW-Oshkosh's Titan Challenge.
 
Results
 
The men were led by first-place finishes from Adam Eiden (Stevens Point, Wis./Pacelli Catholic), Ian Lillquist (New Prague, Minn./New Prague), Ryan Reed (Madison, Wis./West) and Austin Rennhack (Columbus, Wis./Columbus).
 
Eiden took the mile run with a time of 4:24.99 to take first place.
 
Lillquist posted a mark of 14.49 meters to win the triple jump.
 
Reed stopped the clock in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:37.54.
 
Rennhack won the shot put with a mark of 17.15 meters, beating his previous school record of 17.11 meters.
 
The women were led by a first-place finish from Melanie Princl (West Bend, Wis./West). She took the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.17.
 
The UWSP track and field teams are back in action Friday (Feb. 28) for day one of the WIAC Indoor Championships, beginning at 11:30 a.m.
