2024 Outdoor: Finished 21st in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:03.05 at the Augustana College Midwest Final Qualifier (May 15-16)…Earned a personal-best time of 1:57.51 in the 800-meter run to finish 10th and finished ninth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:40.71 at the UW-La Crosse Eagle Open (May 10)…Took 15th in the 1500-meter run with a personal best time of 4:00.12 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Placed third in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:11.05 at the St. Norbert Invitational (Apr. 27)…Finished ninth in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:03.69 at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Earned a personal-best time of 4:21.54 in the mile to place second at the Ripon Final Qualifier and Multi (Mar. 1-2)…Took first place in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:06.16 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)… Placed 10th in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.14 at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 17)…Logged a personal-best time of 9:05.15 in the 3000-meter run to place 24th at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan 26-27)…Finished third in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:33.99 and sixth in the mile with a time of 4:23.08 at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20)…Placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.92 at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).
