2023 Indoor: Took 23rd in the weight throw with a heave of 13.07 meters (42’ 10.75”) at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Finished 11th in the shot put with a throw of 9.72 meters (31’ 10.75”) and 12th in the weight throw with a distance of 12.28 meters (40’ 3.5”) at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Logged a personal-best distance of 13.23 meters (43’ 5”) in the weight throw to place 11th and also placed 11th in the shot put with a throw of 10.29 meters (33’ 9.25”) at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).

2022 Outdoor: Had a career-best javelin throw of 28.67 meters (94’ 1”) to finish 15th at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7)…Recorded a personal-best distance in both the hammer throw with a toss of 38.81 meters (126’ 8”) to finish 20th and in the discus throw with a toss of 32.70 meters (107’ 3”) to finish 24th at the Eagle Open (May 13).

2022 Indoor: Recorded a personal-best shot put throw of 10.03 meters (32’ 11”) to finish 23rd at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Multi (Jan. 28-29)…Had a career-best weight throw of 12.07 meters (39’ 7.25”) to finish 15th at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5).
