2024 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 2:19.65 and earned a new personal-best time of 1:58.51 in the 800-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Placed fourth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.44 at the St. Norbert Invitational (Apr. 27)…Won the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:23.21 and finished 19th in the 800-meter run at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 19-20).

2024 Indoor: Placed third in the 400-meter run with a time of 52.01 at the Ripon Final Qualifier and Multi (Mar. 1-2)…Won the distance medley relay with a time of 10:06.16 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Finished 14th in the 400-meter run with a time of 51.96 and third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:24.02 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 10)…Placed 20th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:04.07 and won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:27.73 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Raced to a personal-best time of 1:35.29 IN THE 600-meter run to finish third at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).

2023 Outdoor: Took seventh in the 800-meter run with a personal-best time of 2:00.28 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:22.26 and 14th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.92 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Finished fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.27 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Logged a fifth-place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.24 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Took seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:24.62 and 23rd in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.96 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Placed 10th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.02 at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:24.11 and 10th in the 400-meter dash clocking a time of 51.43 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Logged a personal-best mark of 23.32 in the 200-meter dash at the Big Dog Invitational (Feb. 4)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:26.45 and placed fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.06 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:30.31 and took sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.50 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).
