OSHKOSH, Wis. – Zach Haskins (Whitewater, WI/Whitewater ) won the javelin throw to headline the UW-Stevens Point men's outdoor track and field team's performances at the UW-Oshkosh Last Chance Meet on Friday at Titan Stadium.

The freshman won the event with a throw of 56.48 meters (185'4") in the finals.
 
With a jump of 6.02 meters (19'9"), Jordan Richards (Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) finished fourth in the long jump.
 
Micky Flynn (Appleton, WI/North) took seventh in the discus throw (44.89m, 147'3"), while Kevin Pettis (Steuben, WI/Prairie du Chien) was ninth in the hammer throw (45.74m, 150'1").
 
The Pointers turn their attention to the NCAA Outdoor Championships, held in Delaware, Ohio May 22-24.
