PHOENIX, Ariz. – The sprint medley relay of Matt Gerber (Tomahawk, WI/Tomahawk), Takuto Kobayashi (Franklin, WI/Franklin), Matt Sosinsky (Princeton, WI/Princeton) and Michael Evans (Reedsville, WI/Valders) and head coach Rick Witt were recognized as one of the nation's top NCAA relay teams of the 2013-14 season by Accusplit at the 2014 United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Convention.

Gerber, Kobayashi, Sosinsky and Evans earned the honor as a result of their performance at the 2014 Drake Relays in late April. At the event, the quartet compiled a time of 3:26.76.
 
The relay team was honored at the convention at the JW Marriott Orlando Desert Ridge in Phoenix. This year marked the 33rd time Accusplit has honored the nation's fastest collegiate relays and their coaches. The presentations took place during each division's track & field meeting sessions.
