STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point men's and women's track and field teams competed in two different last chance meets over the weekend, with student-athletes competing at the UW-La Crosse meet on Friday and Saturday and the Dr. Keeler Invite in Naperville, Ill., on Saturday.

Numerous women set PR's at the event in Naperville and
Erin Kline (Casco, WI/Luxemburg-Casco) broke her own school record in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.23.
On the men's side,
Dan Sullivan (Elkhorn, WI/Elkhorn) just missed breaking the 1:50 barrier in the 800-meter run, winning the event in a time of 1:50.33.
At La Crosse on Friday evening,
Julia Colling (Maplewood, MN/North) ran a 36:11 in her first-ever 10k event. Her time is currently 15th-best in the nation.
The Pointers will have one weekend of last chance meets remaining before the 2012 NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships held in Claremont, Calif.
