KENOSHA, Wis.-The UW-Stevens Point men's indoor track and field team finished at the top on Saturday at Carthage College's Metzger Invite with a team score of 165.

Highlights from the day included:

Zachary Mixdorf (Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) cleared 2.00 meters in the high jump to finish as the events top performer.

 Babatunde Awosika (Milwaukee, WI/Milwaukee School of Arts) won the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.42.

Scott Berry (Rudolph, WI/Lincoln) and Alex Steiner (Chilton, WI/Chilton) finished 1-2 in the 1000-meter run, posting times of 2:32.95 and 2:34.13, respectively.

The Pointers will be at it again on Friday and Saturday hosting the Pointer Invitational and Multi in the Multi Activity Center.
