STEVENS POINT, Wis. – UW-Stevens Point head women's hockey coach Ann Ninnemann has announced the completion of her team's schedule for the 2024-25 season. The Pointers will play 10 home games at K.B. Willett Arena, including two against reigning national champion UW-River Falls.

UWSP will open the season at home with a weekend slate against St. Olaf on Nov. 2 and 3. The Pointers and Oles have faced off in UWSP's season opener in every full season since 2010-11 with UWSP holding a 16-8-2 record during that span.
 
The Pointers then set out on a five-game road trip to close out play in the month of November. Two games at St. Catherine (Nov. 8 & 9), one at Concordia (Wis.) (Nov. 12) and conference games at UW-River Falls (Nov. 16) and UW-Superior (Nov. 23) comprise the road swing.
 
December sees the Pointers face three foes at home in consecutive days and three road games in a week. UWSP hosts league opponents UW-Eau Claire and Northland on Dec. 5 and 6 at 7:00 p.m. both nights. The homestand wraps on Dec. 7 at 2:00 p.m. against MSOE.
 
The new year starts at home as well as the Pointers host Hamline on Jan. 2. Puck drop is set for 5:00 p.m. Following another three-game road trip, UWSP hosts UWRF on Jan. 11, the final home game in January.
 
The regular season concludes with three-straight home games. The Pointers host UW-Superior in a weekend series on Feb. 7 and 8. UWRF comes back to town to wrap up the season series in UWSP's regular season finale on Feb. 15.
 
Last season, the Pointers finished with an 8-18-2 record. UWSP reached the WIAC Tournament semifinals for the 11th-consecutive season. All-WIAC first-team selection Courtney Leising (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove) led the team in scoring a season ago and leads a solid group of returners for the Pointers in 2024-25.
