APPLETON, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point men's cross country team took fourth at Saturday's Gene Davis Invitational. The Pointers also sent four women's runners to the event.

Ethan Vander Meer (Kiel, Wis./Kiel) led the Pointers with a 21st-place finish with a time of 26:20.1.
Lucas Stokes (Shelbyville, Wis./Shelbyville) crossed the line at 26:39.1, good for 29th.
John Lee (Madison, Wis./Madison West) was 38th with a time of 26:48.4.
Christopher Cullen (Kewaunee, Wis./Kewaunee) ran a time of 27:07.1 to finish 45th.
Aaron Richardson (Roseville, Minn./Roseville Area) completed the team scoring with a time of 27:14.1 to take 52nd out of the 184 finishers.
Lindsey Jossie was the women's top finisher in 37th. Her time was 25:09.2.
Kylee Sauers (Rockford, Minn./Rockford) finished 43rd with a time of 25:32.8.
The Pointers return to action at the Augustana Regional Rumble on Saturday (Oct. 19) beginning at 11:00 a.m.
