The Pointers will open the 2022 campaign at home with a 6:00 p.m. kickoff at Goerke Park against Mayville State. It will be the second-straight season that UWSP opens against MSU. Last season, the Pointers won 31-14 in North Dakota.
 
UWSP will travel to St. Norbert for the only non-conference road game of the season on Sept. 10. The Pointers won in De Pere in 2016, the last time at SNC.
 
Week three features another game under the lights at Goerke as UWSP welcomes Simpson College for a 6:00 p.m. kickoff and the annual Pink Game. The Pointers won at Simpson last year, 34-7.
 
Conference play begins on the road for UWSP on Oct. 1 at UW-River Falls. The Pointers' last trip to River Falls resulted in a 39-25 win in 2018.
 
Back-to-back home games follow as UWSP hosts UW-Platteville on Oct. 8. The 2:00 p.m. kickoff against the Pioneers is Homecoming. The next weekend, UWSP hosts UW-Stout on Oct. 15 for a 1:00 p.m. kickoff and the Spud Bowl.
 
The Pointers travel to La Crosse and Eau Claire before wrapping up the home slate on Nov 5 with a 1:00 p.m. kick against UW-Oshkosh for Senior Day. The regular season concludes at UW-Whitewater on Nov. 12.
 
UWSP returns three all-conference players from last season. The Pointers went 2-1 in non-conference play in 2021.
