STEVENS POINT, Wis. — The UW-Stevens Point women's tennis team dropped both matches of the day, falling to Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) foe UW-Stout by a score of 7-2 and St. Norbert 9-0.

UWSP (4-6, 1-3 WIAC) picked up one win in both singles and doubles.

The No.2 doubles pair of Erin Lemmer (Wausau, WI/East) and Abbey Johnson (Black River Falls, WI/Black River Falls) picked up the first win of the day for the Pointers, going the distance winning 8-6.

On the singles side, Lemmer picked up the lone victory for UWSP, defeating UW-Stout (5-4, 2-1 WIAC) 6-0, 6-0.

UW-Stevens Point was unable to score a point against St. Norbert (9-5) in the nine matches played.

Lemmer was able to force a third set against the Green Knights Anna Gosz in the No. 2 singles match, by scores of 5-7, 6-2, 3-8.
