MINNEAPOLIS – Second-ranked Ben Engelland (Neenah/Neenah) tallied the only win for the Pointers on Friday evening as the nation's top-ranked Auggies of Augsburg College wrestled their way to a 32-3 win over UW-Stevens Point.

The Auggies, whose lineup featured eight wrestlers ranked in the top seven in their respective weight classes, made short work of the Pointers lineup, as they jumped out to a 25-0 lead before Engelland tallied his 26th victory of the season over Brad Baus 8-1.

Engelland's record stays unblemished on the season, as he makes a run for just the second individual undefeated year in UW-Stevens Point wrestling history.

The Pointers (9-12) close out the regular season on Saturday, Feb. 13 at UW-Eau Claire.
