University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

- Came to UW-Stevens Point in 1952 as the Director of Physical Education and head coach of the football, wrestling and track teams
- Coached the football team to an 8-0 record and conference championship in 1955
- Associated with many national wrestling committees and was recognized as an authority on the rules of the sport
- Served as Executive Secretary of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association from 1957-1985
