MADISON, Wis.—UW-Stevens Point women's lacrosse's
Marissa Van Dyke (Green Bay, Wis./Green Bay Southwest) and
Emily Griege (Chesterfield, Mo./Westminster Christian Academy) earned All-WIAC honors, as the league announced on Wednesday (May 6). Van Dyke was a second-team selection while Griege earned honorable mention honors. Senior
Paige Allen (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove) was named to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.
Van Dyke earned her third career conference honor after honorable mention selections in 2024 and 2025. She played in all 15 games for the Pointers this season, leading the team in points recorded with 56. Van Dyke notched 30 goals and 26 assists. The junior captain led the team in draw controls and ground balls with 67 and 44, respectively.
Griege picked up her third career conference nod after a second-team selection in 2025 and an honorable mention selection in 2024. She played in 13 games for the Pointers this season, recording an overall save percentage of .446. Griege faced 444 shots and made 149 saves in 777 minutes of play. During the week of March 30-April 5, Griege was named WIAC Defensive Player of the Week for her efforts between the pipes.
Allen was named to the all-sportsmanship team after playing in 13 games. The senior captain recorded four shots with two on goal. Allen picked up five ground balls, caused five turnovers and secured nine draw controls.
The Pointers' historic third season ended on April 26 with an 8-8, 2-6 record. They opened the season with a 5-0 unbeaten streak, which was the best start in program history.
