STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The weather forecast and current field conditions have forced changes to both the UW-Stevens Point baseball and softball schedules.
 
The Pointers' softball home opener against Loras scheduled for Sunday has been postponed. A makeup date will be announced at a later time.
 
The UWSP baseball conference opening series at UW-River Falls has been moved up to a Friday (March 28) start. The teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Saturday's doubleheader is still tentatively scheduled as planned.
 
UWSP softball is ranked No. 22 in this week's NFCA poll and will be back in action on Wednesday (April 2) at Lake Forest for a 2:00 p.m. twin bill.
