STEVENS POINT, Wis.—The UW-Stevens Point men's swimming and diving team took the final home dual against UW-La Crosse. The men finished with a score of 165 to UW-La Crosse's 134. The women finished with a score of 115 to UW-La Crosse's 178.
 
Results
 
The men were led by first-place finishes from James Stadler (Madison, Wis./West), Ryan Trantham (Mackinaw, Ill./Deer Creek Mackinaw), Scott Jenn (Madison, Wis./Memorial), Camden Barwick (Weston, Wis./D.C. Everest) and Kody Hellenbrand (Madison, Wis./East).
 
Stadler took the one-meter dive with a score of 285.80.
 
Trantham took the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 10:17.56 and the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:55.82.
 
Jenn dominated the 100- and 200-yard backstrokes with times of 53.96 and 2:00.24, respectively.
 
Barwick won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.25 and 100-yard freestyle with a time of 48.16. He, along with Peter McMahon (Whitefish Bay, Wis./Whitefish Bay), Jacob Biscan (Edina, Minn./Edina) and Matthew Loy (Mazomanie, Wis./Wisconsin Heights) took the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:26.18.
 
Hellenbrand finished first with a time of 2:01.90 in the 200-yard butterfly.
 
The women were led by first-place finishes from Hollyn Ambre (Batavia, Ill./Batavia), Rose Hansen (Grand Rapids, Minn./Grand Rapids), Kasey Fris (New Lenox, Ill./Lincoln Way West) and Paige Anderson (Forest Lake, Minn./Forest Lake Area).
 
Ambre won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:59.77. Her, along with Hansen, Kyler Ernst (Fountain City, Wis./Luther) and Anna Scheglowski (Northfield, Minn./Northfield) took the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:39.39.

Hansen took the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 24.96.
 
Fris finished the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.47, 2.92 seconds ahead of second place.
 
Anderson won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:35.92.
 
The UWSP swimming and diving teams are back in action on Feb. 19 for day one of the WIAC Championships in Brown Deer.
