Women's Tennis Falls 9-0 to UW-Whitewater

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's tennis team fell to UW-Whitewater, 9-0, Wednesday afternoon at University Courts.

UW-Whitewater (5-0) used a doubles sweep and six singles win to top UW-Stevens Point (4-3) by a 9-0 margin.
In the number one singles match, Emily Kleist (Muskego, Wis./Muskego) took UW-Whitewater's Julie Martin to the wire in the first set, but dropped the match 6-4 and 6-2.
UW-Stevens Point will travel to St. Norbert on Friday, Sept. 29 for a 4:00 p.m. non-conference tilt.
