OSHKOSH, Wis.- The UW-Stevens Point women's tennis team fell to conference foe UW-Oshkosh on Thursday night at the Oshkosh YMCA Tennis Center.

UW-Oshkosh (6-2) used a pair of doubles sweeps and five singles wins to defeat UWSP (5-5) 7-2.

In doubles play, Anna Dobbe (Stoddard, Wis./Onalaska Luther) and Elizabeth Wilichowski (Sussex, Wis./Sussex-Hamilton) continued to be successful as a duo, defeating Lesley Kutnink and Ashlee Polena, 8-6.

Wilichowski earned her second victory of the match, defeating Monica Micoliczyk, 6-4 and 7-6.

UWSP will travel to UW-River Falls on Saturday Oct. 7, taking on Dubuque and host UW-River Falls. Matches are scheduled to begin and 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
