Box Score WAVERLY, Iowa – Brittany Frush scored a hat trick to lead Wartburg to a 4-0 win over the UW-Stevens Point women's soccer team on Saturday at Wartburg Soccer Field.

After Brinkly Werkman gave the Knights (1-1-1) a 1-0 halftime lead with a 33rd minute free kick, Frush scored three times early in the second half. Wartburg outshot UW-Stevens Point (1-3-0) 26-7 in the game.
 
Frush's first goal also came on a free kick in the 49th minute. Her second goal was set up by Alyssa Hewitt.
 
Jillian Ross (Waunakee, WI/Waunakee) had two of UW-Stevens Point's shots and one of the three on goal. Kristen Churkey (Mosinee, WI/D.C. Everest) made eight saves in the game for the Pointers.
 
UW-Stevens Point takes on Luther on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 3 p.m. in Decorah, Iowa.
