CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - UW-Stevens Point senior Jordan Schulte (Mosinee, WI/Mosinee) capped his run at the 2013 NCAA Division III National Championships with an eighth-place finish.

Schulte won his first two matches on Friday, allowing him to continue competition Saturday morning.
Saturday, Schulte dropped his opening match to head to the seventh place bout, where he fell in a hard-fought contest to Jordan Powell of Thiel College, 4-3.

Schulte finishes his season 26-11 overall.

As a team, the Pointers finished 43rd out of 64 teams at this year's championships.
