MINNEAPOLIS - The UW-Stevens Point women's cross country team posted a sixth place finish at the 2012 Roy Griak Cross Country Invitational at the Les Bolstad Golf Course.

Results

Sophomore Julia Colling (Maplewood, MN/North) finished the day at the Pointer's top finisher, posting at time of 22:54.9 finishing 13th.

Rounding out the top 50, Ana Breit (Stevens Point, WI/Pacelli) finished 32nd posting a time of 23:59.1 and Lauren Dilley (Middleton, WI/Middleton) posted a time of 24:06.5 finishing 38th.

Elsewhere for the Pointers, Kelsey Laska (Roscoe, IL/Hononegah) and Annie Olson (Stillwater, MN/Stillwater) finished 53rd and 64th, respectively with times of 24:24.8 and 24:58.2.

Melissa Kohlhagen (Lodi, WI/Lodi) finished 71st with a time of 24:39.1 and Paige Haberkorn (Oconomowoc, WI/Oconomowoc) finished 73rd with a time of 24:42.5.

The Pointers return to action Oct.6 in Appleton, Wis. at the Lawrence Invitational.
