SUPERIOR, Wis. – Sarah Wildish (Menomonee Falls, WI/Menomonee Falls) led the UW-Stevens Point volleyball team with 15 kills and 22 digs as the Pointers defeated UW-Superior Saturday, 3-1 (25-11, 25-19, 17-25, 25-20).

Hannah Picel (West Bend, WI/West Bend West) also recorded 22 digs, and a trio of Pointers reached double-digit kills in the win.

In addition to Wildish's 15 kills, Morgan Bartkowiak (Slinger, WI/Slinger) recorded 13 and Allison Davis (Rochelle, IL/Rochelle Township) reached 11.

Alexis Hartman (Deer Park, IL/Lake Zurich) finished the game with 48 assists, her second-highest total this season.

UWSP (13-3, 2-0) finished with a .276 attack-percentage, while the Yellowjackets (12-4, 0-2) finished at just .093.

The Pointers continue their road stretch when they travel to UW-Oshkosh Wednesday, Sept. 26 for a 7 p.m. matchup with the Titans.
