ELMHURST, Ill. – The UW-Stevens Point volleyball team finished the Elmhurst College Tournament by sweeping both of its opponents Saturday. The Pointers defeated both Haverford and Millikin 3-0, and they finished 3-1 in the weekend's tournament.

Ally Groth (Germantown, WI/Germantown) and Sarah Wildish (Menomonee Falls, WI/Menomonee Falls) led the Pointers (25-6, 6-1 WIAC) with 12 digs apiece in the win over Haverford, as Alexis Hartman (Deer Park, IL/Lake Zurich) added 33 assists.

Hannah Picel (West Bend, WI/West Bend West) and Hartman each came up with 12 digs in the win over Millikin.

UWSP returns home Wednesday, Oct. 24 to host UW-La Crosse for Senior Night/ High School Night in its final regular season match of the season.
