Pointers senior
Kelsey Majerus (Cottage Grove, MN/Park) scored the game's only goal in the 23rd minute of the first half on a pass by
Corey Reid (Rochester, MN/Century).
The Pointers defense continued to show dominance, allowing the Blue Devils just three shots on goal for the game.
Goalkeeper
Kristen Churkey (Mosinee, WI/D.C. Everest) recorded the shutout, notching one save. Her counterpart Robbie Shelby recorded six saves.
UW-Stevens Point (10-3, 4-2 WIAC) returns to action Wednesday, Oct. 17 as it plays its last home game of the season against UW-La Crosse. Action set for 4 p.m.
