OSHKOSH, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point wrestling team could not overcome an early 16-0 deficit on Tuesday evening and fell 25-14 to the Titans of UW-Oshkosh at the Kolf Sports Center.

The host Titans jumped in front early thanks to four straight victories. 

Joe Mileski (Gladstone, MI/Gladstone) recorded a 13-4 victory at 133 pounds to give UWSP its first points of the evening.  Jordan Kust (Clintonville, WI/Shawano) added a 10-2 victory at 141 pounds to cut the deficit to 16-8. 

A pair of Titan wins at 149 and 157 pounds put the dual out of reach for the 25th-ranked Pointers, who closed the evenings with victories by Jordan Schulte (Mosinee, WI/Mosinee) at 165 and Ryan Conat (New London, WI/New London) at 174.

UW-Stevens Point (1-1) returns to action with three dual matches December 3 at the UW-La Crosse 4x2 duals.
