RIPON – Nicole Hillman (Marshall, WI/Marshall)Nicole Hillman paced the Pointers with a third place individual finish, pacing the UW-Stevens Point women's cross country team to a second place finish at the 2010 Red Hawk Cross Country Invitational Saturday.

The host Red Hawks took home the top team spot, placing four runners in the top 10.

Hillman posted a time of 22:12 to pace a field of seven Pointers at the event.

Also running at the event for UWSP, Amanda Gauthier finished seventh with a time of 22:51, Jodi Bellas finished ninth with a time of 23:04, Molly Cobb finished 10th with a time of 23:12 and Lizzy Nelson finished 12th with a time of 23:14.

Also running at the event but not collecting team points was Emily Johnson, who finished 13th, and Caitlin Welch who finished 16th.

The full Pointers squad will return to action next weekend at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational.
