Pete Peterson senior (Pittsville, Wis., / Pittsville), totaled seven tackles against UW-Platteville in the season finale.  Peterson’s highlight was his ability to force turnovers as he was responsible for three Pioneer turnovers.  Peterson forced a fumble and then recovered the fumble and had two interceptions.  With Platteville mounting a comeback, Peterson intercepted a pass and returned it 21 yards for a touchdown, which clinched the win for the Pointers.
