Brunkhorst had 30 kills and hit .344 as 12th-ranked UW-Stevens Point split its first two Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) matches of the season this week. The junior had 22 of her 30 kills and hit an even .400 in a four-set loss to then undefeated UW-Oshkosh on Wednesday. She added eight kills in a three-set sweep at UW-Superior on Saturday. Brunkhorst also added nine total blocks this week, including six at UW-Oshkosh.
