David Litsheim, senior (Appleton, Wis., / Appleton East), notched two wins this past weekend at the Thad Metzger Invite hosted by Carthage College.  Litsheim won the mile run event with a time of 4:19.40, his fastest time of the year.  Litsheim also ran the fastest leg of the 4 x 400 relay team which finished first with an overall time of 3:23.88, more than five seconds faster than the runner-up.
