Cornellier recorded a natural hat trick in No. 3/4 UW-Stevens Point’s 5-2 victory over UW-Stout on Saturday evening. The junior scored the team’s first three goals of the game, two in less than three minutes in the first period and another early in the second, as the Pointers built a 3-1 lead. Cornellier’s hat trick was his second of the season. His 19 goals are second-most in the WIAC and tied for third-most in the country.
