ATLANTA, Ga. – The UW-Stevens Point women's basketball team earned Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Academic Top-25 Honor Roll recognition for the third-straight season, it was announced on Tuesday (July 21). The Pointers had the 23rd-best GPA in Division III and were one of two WIAC squads to earn top-25 accolades.

UWSP posted a cumulative team grade point average of 3.743 for the 2025-26 academic year.
 
The WBCA Academic Top-25 recognizes NCAA Division I, II and III, NAIA and two-year college women's basketball teams across the nation that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2025-26 season is the 31st in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
 
Since the honor was first awarded in 2001-02, this year is the ninth time UWSP has received top-25 recognition.
