ATLANTA, Ga. – The honors continue to roll in for UW-Stevens Point women's basketball senior Alexa Thomson (De Pere, Wis./West) as she was named to the 2025 WBCA NCAA Division III Coaches' All-America honorable mention team on Wednesday (March 19)

Thomson becomes the first UWSP player to earn All-America honors since Allie Miceli was an honorable mention selection in 2016.
 
This season, she led the Pointers to the first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2015-16.
 
She was the third-highest scorer in the conference at 17.1 points per game and became the 22nd player in school history to score 1,000 points on Jan. 29. She finished her UWSP career with 1,161 points, the 12th-most in program history.
