STEVENS POINT, Wis.—The UW-Stevens Point women's track and field team finished seventh at the Whitewater Invite, with a final score of 30.25.
 
Results
 
UWSP was led by top finishers Lindsey Jossie (Pulaski, Wis./Pulaski) and Madeline Zirbel (De Pere, Wis./De Pere).
 
Jossie took third in the 800-meter run with a new personal-best time of 2:21.24.
 
Zirbel finished third in the high jump with a mark of 1.57 meters.
 
The 4x400-meter relay team consisting of Ashley Bartelt (Hartford, Wis./Hartford Union), Malina Carattini (Mosinee, Wis/Mosinee), Audrey Rabitz (Manitowoc, Wis./Lincoln) and Kya Smith (Nekoosa, Wis./Nekoosa) earned a third-place finish with a time of 4:15.25.
 
The UWSP track and field teams are back in action Saturday (Feb. 8) at home for the Big Dawg Invite beginning at 11:30 a.m.
