2024 Outdoor: Took eighth in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 43.33 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Finished 13th in the decathlon with a personal-best score of 2223, including a personal-best mark of 26.39 meters (119’ 5”) in the javelin throw at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 19-20)…Finished 10th in the 4x100-meter relay with a time of 42.67, 23rd in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.44, 31st in the high jump with a mark of 1.75 meters (5’ 8.75”) and 68th in the discus throw with a personal-best mark of 24.51m (80’ 5”) at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 12-13)…Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay and long jump with a time of 3:39.77 and a personal-best mark of 6.28 meters (2.2) (20’ 7.25”), ninth in the javelin throw with a mark of 35.86 meters (117’ 8”) and posted a personal-best time of 17.14 (1.4) in the 110-hurdles at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Posted a personal-best score of 4287 in the heptathlon, including personal-best times/marks of 3:19.67, 3.57 meters (11’ 8.5”), 1.84 meters (6’ 0.5”), 9.97 meters (32’ 8.5”) and 7.18 in the 1000-meter run, pole vault, high jump, shot put, and 60-meter dash, respectively, at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Recorded personal-best times of 2:24.30 and 9.08 in the 800-meter run and 60-hurdles, respectively, at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 17)…Took 16th in the high jump with a mark of 1.73m (5’ 8”) and 33rd in the 400-meter run with a personal-best time of 55.52 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 10)…Placed ninth in the high jump with a height of 1.75 meters (5’ 8.75”) and 10th in the 200-meter run with a personal-best time of 23.71 at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3)…Finished fourth in the heptathlon with a score of 3758 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Took seventh in the 4x400-relay with a time of 3:48.49, ninth in the long jump with a mark of 5.70 meters (18’ 8.5”), 13th in the high jump with a mark of 1.75 meters (5’ 8.75”) and posted a personal-best time of 8.88 in the 55-meter hurdles at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20)…Finished fourth in the pole vault with a mark of 2.85 meters (9’ 4.25”) and 11th in the 600-meter run with a personal-best time of 1:43.11 at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).
