STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point softball team's home doubleheader against St. Scholastica scheduled for Saturday in Stevens Point has been rescheduled for Friday (March 29).
 
The twin bill will be played at the Hodag Dome in Rhinelander with first pitch slated for 4:00 p.m.
 
The Pointers went 6-0 at The Spring Games last week and entered the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) poll at No. 23 this week. It's the first time UWSP (14-2) is ranked since the 2011 season.
 
Sophomore pitcher Ashley Zygowski (Saukville, Wis./Port Washington) notched her second WIAC Pitcher of the Week honor on Tuesday (March 26) and leads the country with five saves. She was 4-0 in the circle last week.
