STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The No. 18 UW-Stevens Point women's wrestling team rolled to a 35-14 win over visiting Dubuque in the Pointers' home finale on Thursday night.
 
Senior Morgan Bethea (Neillsville, Wis./Neillsville) won by tech fall at 101 by a 10-0 early in the second period. Alexis Winecke (Baraboo, Wis./Baraboo), Abby Nelson (Iron River, Wis./Northwestern), Makenna Hanke (Theresa, Wis.) and Angelica Torres Lima (Des Plaines, Ill./Maine East) all won by forfeit for a comfortable 24-0 lead midway through the dual.
 
Amor Tuttle (North St. Paul, Minn./Stillwater Area Senior) pinned her opponent in just 56 seconds at 136. Senior Tabitha Breitrick (Clintonville, Wis./Clintonville) also won by fall at 170 needing just 37 seconds to secure the pin. Taylor Schulz (Rice Lake, Wis./Rice Lake) picked up a team point by scoring in a tech fall loss at 190.
 
The Pointers will travel to Minnesota on Sunday (Feb. 11) for a 2:00 p.m. dual against No. 13 Augsburg to close out the regular season.
