ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Sophomore Ashley Bartelt (Hartford, Wis./Hartford Union) competed in the 400-meter hurdles prelims at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Thursday.

Bartelt took eighth in her heat and placed 21st overall in the event with a time of 1:05.10. She didn't qualify for Saturday's finals.
 
Senior Brooke Wellhausen (Williams Bay, Wis./Big Foot) will compete in the 800-meter run on Friday (May 26). Her race is at approximately 6:45 p.m. ET.
