Â
Cibrario pockets her first career academic laurel. She started all 41 games this season after moving to second base. She had nine RBI and a double among her 15 hits. One of her RBI this year was a walk-off single in a 1-0 win over UW-Whitewater on April 11. She was 5-for-5 in stolen base attempts on the season.
Â
Tkach nabs her first career academic all-district honor. She made 12 starts among her 32 appearances. This season, she had 10 wins and four saves with a 2.04 ERA. She struck out 61 batters and capped her career with exactly 300 strikeouts, fourth-most in program history. Tkach ranks second in school history in career victories (39) and appearances (109). Four times in her career, Tkach was named WIAC Pitcher of the Week. She has twice earned All-WIAC honors and was an NFCA All-Region selection in 2021.
