STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's wrestling team had a chance late to upset No. 4 Augsburg in an eventual 28-19 dual loss on Thursday.
 
Jade Herzer (Wisconsin Dells, Wis./Wisconsin Dells) pulled an upset at 155 knocking off No. 2 ranked Marlynne Deede by a 5-2 decision.
 
Amor Tuttle (North St. Paul, Minn./Stillwater Area Senior) earned a point for UWSP in an 8-2 decision loss at 130.
 
Kelly Enriquez (Waukesha, Wis./South), Alexis Winecke (Baraboo, Wis./Baraboo) and Rose Ann Marshall (Stoughton, Wis./Stoughton) all earned wins by forfeit to give UWSP an early 15-0 lead.
 
The Pointers will next be in action on February 18 as UWSP host the NCWWC Northwest Regional Qualifier. The first matches begin at 10:00 a.m. in Quandt Fieldhouse.
