Coach Semling on the incoming players: "We are very excited to welcome a great group of young men to the Pointer family. These 13 newcomers all bring something special to the table and will give us an opportunity to start our climb back to the top of the WIAC. We will be taller, longer, more experienced, more athletic, and more talented going into this season than we were going into the past few. The primary focus for this group, combined with our returning 8, needs to be on becoming a team and molding everybody's strengths together so we can play our best brand of team basketball. Our players and staff are excited for the challenge that comes with adding so many new faces and having to help speed up the learning curve. All that being said, we will need to add 4 highly rated recruits in this upcoming class to get back to being a team that can compete for WIAC and National Championships year in and year out."
