STEVENS POINT, Wis. – Second-year head coach Diane Gilbert has announced the fall 2021 schedule for her UW-Stevens Point women's golf team.

The Pointers begin the season with a two-day tournament in Oshkosh on Sept. 4 and 5.  The following weekend, UWSP travels to La Crosse for a pair of single day tournaments hosted by UW-La Crosse and Viterbo.
 
On Sept. 17, the Pointers begin a trio of Friday-Saturday tournaments beginning at the Marian Invite.  Visits to the UW-Whitewater and UW-River Falls Invites wrap up preparations for the WIAC Championships which will be held Oct. 8 through Oct. 10.
 
Last spring, the Pointers finished fifth at the WIAC Championships, the highest team finish since 2013-14.  Bree Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) returns after setting the WIAC Championships single round record with a 69 on the final day to place second.
