MADISON, Wis. – UW-Stevens Point women's golfer Kate Downie (Hortonville, Wis./Hortonville) moved up to sixth by the conclusion of play at the UW-Whitewater Fall Invite on Monday.

Top UWSP Individual:  Downie shaved four shots off her opening round score for a 75 (+3) on Monday, good enough to move her up to sixth.
Notables: Jenna Britz (Maple Grove, Minn./Wayzata) had two birdies and placed ninth. Delaney Giesen (Mankato, Minn./West) posted one birdie.
 
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: Pomona-Pitzer ran away from second-place UW-Stout winning the event by 50 shots.
Top Individual: Ann Zhao of Pomona-Pitzer defeated teammate Annabelle Chan by one stroke to claim the title.
