OSHKOSH, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point men's wrestling team (4-2, 0-2) kept the dual with UW-Oshkosh (6-0, 2-0) close, but ultimately feel to the Titans by a 23-14 final.

Matt Berlin (Oak Creek, Wis./Oak Creek) got UWSP on the board with a 4-1 decision win at 133.  Reigning WIAC Wrestler of the Week Luke Smiley (Plainfield, Ill./North) also picked up a win by decision, 9-6, at 157.
 
Brandon Peckham (Plainfield, Wis./Tri-County) rolled to a 19-4 tech fall win at 165 to get the dual to 11-10 in favor of the Pointers.  Ben Kasten (Reedsville, Wis./Brillion) followed at 174 with a 3-1 decision win, but the Titans took the final three weight classes to earn the win.
 
The Pointers are back in action on Saturday (Nov. 20) at the CUW Open in Mequon.  The meet starts at 9:00 a.m.
