STEVENS POINT, Wis. – Riding the momentum of an energy-filled gym following a thrilling women's win, the UW-Stevens Point men's wrestling team won a 49-0 dual victory over Lakeland on Wednesday.
 
Matt Berlin (Oak Creek, Wis./Oak Creek) continued his unbeaten streak at 133 to the start of the year with a fall in 2:18.  Ben Kasten (Reedsville, Wis./Brillion) and Noah Wieczorek (Clear Lake, Wis./Clear Lake) also recorded first period pins at 165 and 285, respectively.
 
Colin Barker (Davis, Ill./Dakota) won by major decision at 141 by a tally of 10-0.  Isaiah Baker (White Bear Lake, Minn./White Bear Lake) won an 8-4 decision at 149.
 
Four other Pointers won by forfeit to complete the shutout win.
 
The Pointers travel to Adrian, Mich., for the Adrian Duals on Saturday (Nov. 16).  Action begins at 10:00 a.m. ET.
