NCAA Bracket

UWSP makes its ninth appearance in the NCAA Tournament, the first since 2015.  This season, the Pointers went 6-4 against teams in the field.

The Pointers (26-8) are led by senior April Gehl (Hilbert, Wis./Hilbert), the 2019 WIAC Offensive Player of the Year.  Gehl holds the program record for single-season and career kills.  She is third in league history with 1,833 career kills and has been named to the All-WIAC team in each of the last three seasons.  Gehl was one of three Pointers (Ellie Adams (Racine, Wis./William Horlick) and Tara Emme (St. Nazianz, Wis./Valders)) to earn All-WIAC honors.

Augsburg (23-6) enters the NCAA Tournament with an at-large bid after falling in five sets in the MIAC Tournament final on Saturday.  It will be Augsburg's second-straight NCAA Tournament appearance and fifth overall. The Auggies had three players selected to the All-MIAC team.
