OSHKOSH, Wis. – Tiffany Boak (Woodridge, IL/Downers Grove South ) finished third and Anna Buna (Madison, WI/Madison West) seventh as the UW-Stevens Point women's golf team finished seventh at the UW-Oshkosh Invitational at Oshkosh Country Club on Sept. 6-7.

Boak followed up an opening round 86 by shooting an 84 in the second round to finish third, five shots behind Julia Callaghan of Viterbo and McKenzie Paul of UW-Oshkosh. The third-place finish was the highest of Boak's collegiate career.
 
Buna finished in a tie for seventh thanks to a second round 82 that helped her climb from 14th to seventh. The 82 was tied for the second-best round of any competitor during the two-day tournament to Callaghan's second round 81.
 
UW-Stevens Point was seventh in the eight-team field with a score of 797. The Pointers cut 27 shots off their first round score with a second day 385.
