WAVERLY, Iowa – The UW-Stevens Point women's golf team placed sixth at the Wartburg Spring Invitational over the weekend in Iowa.

Top UWSP Individual:  Jenna Britz (Maple Grove, Minn./Wayzata) tied for 17th after going through two rounds at +12.
Notables: Avery Meek (DeForest, Wis./DeForest) was a +4 on Sunday to move up 12 spots and Martina Hudaj (Muskego, Wis./Muskego) had three birdies on Sunday to improve by 14 spots.
 
Tournament Highlights
Top Team: Grinnell beat UW-Stout by 10 strokes.
Top Individual: Carthage's Lexi Manteufl and Grinnell's Vidushi Keni tied atop the leaderboard at +1.
